The fit is amazing and the quality is even better. Look forward to years of wearing. I have already ordered an additional color.
I own two, and like them, but would like to suggest a few improvements. I’m especially keen on a vest with a breast pocket, but this pocket is so deep that without a pocket square sleeve, the square sinks without trace, every time. And I would love a few more colors; a true black and a loden green would be pleasing. And the fact that the vest is out of stock in my XL size (I’d buy at least one more) is mildly frustrating.

I love the fabric of this vest more than any other vest or jacket I have. I love the way it looks and the way it feels.
But after months of wear, I have determined it fails at what for me are non-negotiable in a vest.
First off, the outer vest pocket has no closure (like a zipper). After the umteenth time of my mobile phone falling out of it when leaning over, I had to abandon it as a place to keep my phone, LIKE EVERY OTHER VEST I HAVE EVER OWNED.
Try the inside zippered pocket you say? That pocket is just weird. It wraps half way around my back.
As it turns out, the side pockets are just a tease. They have no object retention capability at all. There is not even one stitch from the bottom of the vertical opening. Whatever you put in this pocket, sooner or later, it will fall out. Hopefully you’ll be aware of it. Hopefully it won’t fall down a sewer drain.
Just today, I was headed to Home Depot with a tape measure in my right pocket. As I was driving to the store, I heard it fall between my seat and the center console of the car. I actually bloodied the top of my hand getting the darn thing out of that crack so I could have it with me in the store.
Seems to me what I have is an expensive pajama top. It feels wonderful and I don’t put things in my pockets when I go to bed.
Great vest, I own four. They need to improve the quality of the zipper and they will get 5 stars.
