Orders take 1-2 business days to process depending on when placed. Orders submitted by 12:00pm (EST) M-F have the chance to ship the same day, but are not guaranteed to.
We aim to get you your products as safely and efficiently as possible. When your item leaves our facility, we will send a shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking information. This is the best way to track the status of your order. If your delivery exceeds the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at help@ritterwools.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
We ship globally and shipping timeframes for international orders are unpredictable due to the customs inspection process. We do our best to negotiate competitive shipping rates on your behalf.
For international orders VAT and duties are not included in the price.
Ritter products (*Except for Socks*) may be returned within 30 days from the time of delivery to you. The garment must be returned in new condition and any shipping charges will not be refunded.
Please keep the following things in mind when returning a product you purchased from the Ritter store:
- We only accept returns of unused (and/or unworn) items in the same condition in which they were received and within 30 calendar days of the date they were delivered to you - Returns with signs of wear, and/or pilling will not be accepted
- Please include all documentation with your return
- Only items that have been purchased directly from Ritter can be returned
- Any shipping charges will not be refunded
U.S. Orders
To initiate a return or free exchange request, please provide your order ID and email through our returns portal. Exchanges and returns will be processed within 5-7 business days.
International (non-U.S.) Orders
Returns due to product defect or shipping error from our warehouse will receive, at the preference of the customer, a replacement garment and shipping or a refund of the cost of the garment, any taxes charged, and shipping. Authorization for the return must be obtained from Ritter prior to shipping. The customer returning a garment assumes responsibility for shipping the return to Ritter. We recommend tracking and/or insurance.
